You are re-explaining your product to AI in every session. That changes now.
A live, hands-on workshop where you install AI-SHIPR: a PM operating model in Obsidian + Claude Code that remembers your product and runs the same way every sprint.
At the front of that shift is Claude Code with its agents and skills.
From working with many product managers — as a consultant, mentor, and product leader — and based on research, experimentation, and real-world implementation, I built AI-SHIPR.
The tool that helps you Ship with Claude Code.
It is not just about delivery. It is about managing your day-to-day — from tickets to strategy. What to build, and how to persuade. Technical decisions, and the interpersonal parts of the role.
This is a workshop that starts with homework and continues with an active group of product managers who work with AI-SHIPR and share tips and knowledge.

What changes in your PM work
Five outcomes that come up again and again from PMs
Faster decisions
AI that knows your bets and history. No re-explaining context in every session.
Meetings ready in minutes
No hours of prep before every 1:1 or review. One command gives a decision-first agenda.
Context that compounds
Every sprint builds on the last, not from zero. The system remembers what was decided, tested, and open.
Confidence in presentations
Arguments built, not improvised. Enter meetings with analysis already prepared.
Less cognitive load
The system holds your open hypotheses, pending decisions, and task list — not your head.
What happens in the 95 minutes
Hands-on all the way through. You run the system yourself — not watch a demo.
Before you arrive — setup (20 min)
Install Claude Code and Obsidian, download the AI-SHIPR starter kit, and open it on your machine. You arrive with the system running. No setup time is spent in the session.
The framework (15 min)
What AI-SHIPR is, how the SHIPR model maps to the full Agile loop, and why it is built around persistent files — not prompts that disappear.
The example product (10 min)
A pre-built product with real strategic bets, active initiatives, and open hypotheses. This is the context the system will operate from during the simulation.
Day in the life — three moments (35 min)
You run three real PM scenarios yourself: morning brief, new idea intake, 1:1 prep. One line in. Structured output out. You feel the difference immediately.
Q&A and next steps (10 min)
What to do in the next seven days to get the system working on your real product. The Half-Sprint Guide walks you through it.
Three moments you will run
Each moment is a real PM scenario. One line in. Structured output based on the product context the system already holds.
A briefing you did not have to write
Run the morning command. The system reads your active initiatives, surfaces what needs attention today, and gives you a prioritized start — without you writing a word.
A stakeholder message becomes a testable hypothesis
A stakeholder messages you with a new idea. Paste the new idea playbook. The system frames the problem, extracts the assumptions, rates their risk, and converts the most dangerous one into a falsifiable hypothesis.
A decision-first agenda in under two minutes
You have a manager 1:1 in an hour. Paste the 1:1 prep playbook. The system reads your active initiatives, finds the open decisions, and builds a structured agenda — decisions first, not status first.
The tools that solve each moment
Not a single AI chat. A system that works like a thinking team. Each agent holds a different part of your product work.
5 specialized agents
Problem Framer
Forces clarity on the product problem before any solution work begins. Turns vague requests into sharp, testable problem statements.
Decision Architect
Structures complex product decisions so they can be made explicitly, not by default. Every major call gets a clean decision frame.
Stakeholder Translator
Prepares alignment before meetings. Surfaces what stakeholders actually need, not just what they said.
Structural Integrity Auditor
Runs a rigorous audit on any AI-SHIPR artifact. Catches gaps, assumptions, and inconsistencies before they become problems.
Learner
Scans new resources and surfaces what is relevant to your current work. Keeps the system current without manual triage.
21 skills, calibrated for real PM work
8 situation playbooks
You leave with a system. Not slides.
The Monday after the workshop — your morning briefing runs on your own initiatives.
Instead of session-by-session, you have a loop
You already know how to write prompts and use Claude. The workshop takes you to the next level.

verve-pm.comFrequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You work in plain text and Markdown. No code. If you can use Notion, you can use this system.
I already use Claude. Is this still relevant?
Yes. Most PMs use Claude without a fixed structure. Here you build the structure. The difference in output quality is significant.
Is there a recording?
No. The value is in running it live in real time. This is not a lecture.
What do I need to install before the workshop?
Obsidian, Claude Code, and the AI-SHIPR package — sent 48 hours before. Setup takes about 20 minutes. You arrive with the system already running.
What if the setup did not work before the workshop?
Setup materials are sent 48 hours in advance with step-by-step instructions. You can reach out directly before the session — we do not start until everyone is running.
What if I cannot make it?
Contact us before the date and we will move you to the next cohort.

But by who builds a system around it.
AI-SHIPR is new. The PMs who start now build a compounding advantage — a workflow that gets sharper every sprint because the system remembers.
Small by design — so there is time to work, not just watch.
